PEP and UNICEF-MENA regional training course: "Multidimensional Child Poverty and Inequality Measurement"

Cairo, Egypt - March 9-15, 2013.




In the context of PEP's long-term partnership agreement to support UNICEF's work on social policy and social protection reform in the MENA region

The course provided these national experts with hands-on training to work on conceptual and methodological issues related to child poverty and inequity, as well as to enhance their analytical skills, emphasizing how a focus on children can strengthen existing monetary and multidimensional approaches to poverty measurement.
