Costs and How to Pay

Fees and currencies

Upon acceptance to the School, payment of a non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD (in U.S. or Canadian funds) is required within 15 days of notification of acceptance. A space will not be held without such a deposit. Payment of the remaining fees is due by April 15, 2014 at the very latest. 

Costs for each course (1 week) is

  • 600$ CAD for students enrolled in a university in the province of Quebec;
  • 1900$ CAD for all others.


These fees do NOT include the costs of transportation and accommodation to and in Quebec City, and the costs of social activities other than the opening and closing dinners.

How to Pay

Payments must be made by: Credit Card, Check or Wire transfer.

Refund Policy

Full refunds (less the $500 deposit) will be made for cancellations up to May 2, 2014.
After that date, the following rules will apply :

  • Cancellation between May 3 and 19 : an additional administrative fee of CAD 500 will be retained.
  • Cancellation after May 19: no refund can be made.

Important Dates

  • March 28, 2014: Deadline for submission of applications
  • April 15, 2014: Deadline for payment of full program fees
  • May 2, 2014: Deadline for cancellation of registration to receive refund of fees paid (less $500 deposit)
  • May 5 to May 30 2014: Preliminary Distance Learning Component 

Scholarships

Unfortunately, no scholarships are available for this edition of the School.
