The PEP-CBMS Network of the De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila held a technical workshop on 17-19 February 2009 in Makati City, Philippines to discuss how the impact of the global financial crisis on poverty could be monitored using the CBMS methodology. Representatives from several countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America which are implementing CBMS participated during the workshop to map out the framework of analysis and the strategy for monitoring the impact of the crisis.
